QUED WARRANTY

All QUED products, with the exception of archery nets, are guaranteed against defective workmanship or materials for a period of at least one-year if used for the purpose it was intended and under normal conditions. Wrestling mats are guaranteed against defective workmanship for a period of three years.

SALES POLICY

• Applicable taxes are not included in prices.
• Prices are F.O.B. Factory.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Custom orders are not returnable.
• Goods can only be returned by express written consent of the Company.
• A 15% restocking charge will be levied for returned merchandise, other than defective goods.

All shipments must be inspected upon receipt to ensure that freight claims can be filed.
